Andrea "AC" Chapman's professional experience stems from over fifteen years spanning private equity, management consulting, fiduciary relationship management, and banking. A native Eastern North Carolinian, her faith and small-town upbringing have informed the lens through which she develops and leads large-scale strategies to address economic inequality through systemic change.
She serves as a Partner at Flood Mason Holdings ("FMH"), an advisory and consulting firm focused on large-scale solutions to address systemic challenges in the areas of Global Healthcare, Sustainability, and Economic Mobility. She also serves as CEO of The Kāleos Group, an FMH platform that combines the power of charitable donations and investing to amplify the impact of faith-based organizations.
Prior to FMH and Kāleos, AC served as Trust Officer for high-net-worth clients at Branch Banking & Trust Company (now Truist). During her tenure, she was responsible for administration, investment management, and regulatory compliance of a $500+ million portfolio.
AC's early career experience includes work with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Chicago and Houston, respectively, where she served ultra-high net worth clients. She was also previously a member of the investment team at Parish Capital, a North Carolina-, New York- and London-based private equity firm focused on niche investments.

AC holds an MBA with a Concentration in Finance and a BS in Trust and Wealth Management (Minor in Financial Planning) from Campbell University.
AC is a gifted and passionate advocate for helping individuals discover, cultivate, and monetize their potential. She is the author of a series of books and recently completed her soon-to-be released first manuscript.
